Ningbo Changchun Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. (formerly Cixi Leduo Plastic Products Factory) is located in the West District of Guanhaiwei Town Industrial Park, Cixi City, Ningbo, Zhejiang Province (on the road attached to Laoguan).
